The infamous old retired assassins are back in a brand new adventure!
But, in case you missed the first, let me give you some background. 'RED' stands for: "Retired, and Extremely Dangerous." This is what the CIA labels you when you are too old for the "killing, super spy game." {This originated from a DC comic strip (I only know b/c I pay attention to the credits, I have never read one of the comics :-)}. So, in the 1st one, we learn who the RED agents were and what they did in their prime when they become a target, and have to show their pursuers that they are not yet "out of the game."
In RED 2, the retired agents are once again under attack, and they have to figure out why, while trying to remain alive. Equally as funny as the first, and several new characters are introduced in this one. Bruce Willis and John Malkovich make an incredible team, and John Malkovich steals several scenes w/ his lines and facial expressions.
Rating: 3.5-4/5 stars - It felt longer than it was (just under 2 hours), but, very entertaining!!
P.S. It was very nice to see the guy that played Remus Lupin in the Harry Potter movies (I'm such a fan :-)
